Get started with the Field Job Template

Fieldproxy Field Job Management Template.

Signup & Template:

into Fieldproxy Application. You can then select following the Template. “Freshdesk Ticket Management”, This helps you select the Field Job Template for Freshdesk Integration.

Job:

The Job collected the ticket information from the Freshdesk, the below are the fields which are configured by default for Job. In case of Additional Information, You can configure more column in the Job Sheet.

Create job

To create a job within Fieldproxy, You can click on + Job, within the Job screen.
To Create the Job, the following information needs to be filled
Job Title
Description
Due Date
Employee
Category
Priority

On creating the job, the status will be by default defined as Open.

Job Status

Open
When the Job has been created within fieldproxy. The status is open.

Accept
This status is assigned when the Job is accepted

Reject
When the job is rejected from the fieldproxy

Checked In
When the agent checks in within the Fieldproxy

Resolved
When the agent has completed the job. The status is assigned as resolved.
There are no rows in this table
The Other Custom status can also be defined in the fieldproxy under Process.

Tasks:

Start Work: Activates location tracking for the agent's shift.
Punch In: Marks the official start of the workday.
Job Management:
Accept Job: Confirms acceptance of assigned jobs.
Start Job: Initiates work on the assigned job.
Check-in: Confirms arrival at the customer location.
Complete Checklist: Enables completion of job-specific checklists. (Optional: Mark Asset) This step might involve marking or tagging relevant assets as part of the job.
End Job: Signals the completion of the assigned job.
Record Expenses: Allows agents to record any job-related expenses.
Punch Out: Marks the official end of the agent's workday.

You can add additional tasks and questions in the application using our customizable task builder

Schedule:

To schedule the job within the application, the user can see the avalability of the agents and assign the ticket to them.

You can find jobs, view details, and assign them to the most suitable agent based on their availability and skillset. The app even lets you set recurring schedules for jobs that need repeating service.
Colored labels help you quickly see the status of each job (open or closed) at a glance.
