Location Intelligence captures real-time location points of field agents, along with task completion and distance traveled. The agent status is determined based on the following criteria:
Online Status:
If the agent has submitted a response or performed any action within the last 15 minutes from the current time, the status is shown as "Online."
Idle Status:
If the agent has engaged in activities like check-in or task submission since 12 am on the current day, the status is displayed as "Idle."
Offline Status:
If the agent has not performed any activity throughout the day, the status is considered "Offline."
This system provides a dynamic representation of agent status, considering recent actions for real-time monitoring and efficient field workforce management.

To view the most up-to-date data on the location and status of agent activities, follow these steps:

Navigate to the "Location Intelligence" section in the vertical navigation bar to access the latest data on agent location and status.
Active Hours :
Active hours represent data points captured when a user engages in various tasks, encompassing actions such as punch in/punch out, start work, and any user interaction spanning from the beginning of the workday to the end.
This includes instances where the agent clicks on "stop work" to conclude activities for the day.
Essentially, active hours cover a broad range of user-initiated tasks and interactions throughout the entire work duration.
Distance Travelled by the agent for the day:
The distance metric in the mobile app signifies the travel distance from the initiation of "start work" to the point where the user selects "stop work." In Scenario 1, when the mobile user adheres to the advice and accurately marks their work hours, the distance calculation is straightforward.
However, in the event that the mobile user neglects to select "stop work" by the end of the day at 11:59 pm, the system automatically computes the endpoint as the stop point. This calculation ensures the accurate determination of active hours and the distance traveled for the entirety of the day.
Best Practices for Ensuring Accurate Mobile Tracking:
Enable Location Services:
Ensure that the mobile device's location services are enabled for the tracking application to accurately capture location data.
Regularly Update the Mobile App:
Keep the mobile tracking app up-to-date with the latest version to benefit from improvements, bug fixes, and new features.
Make sure the app is pinned in the background when not in use
Educate Users on App Usage:
Provide clear instructions to users on how to use the mobile tracking app, including actions like start work, stop work, and any other relevant tasks.
Remind Users to Check-In and Check-Out:
Implement reminders or notifications to prompt users to check-in when starting work and check-out when finishing work.
