Mobile App Issues


Unable to login /login issue/App not opening
When logging in, remember to use the correct capitalization for your organization ID, user ID, and password as provided. Then Contact Manager if issue persists.

When app not working /No Task /Dashboard not Shown
Refresh/Reload /Reopen the App: If you encounter issues, try reloading or reopening the app to refresh it and access the latest data.
Update to the Latest Version: Check for app updates regularly on your app store to ensure you have the most stable and secure version.

No Task Issue/Task not Showing

Access Settings: Go to the settings menu within the app.
Disable Offline Mode: Ensure offline mode is turned off to prevent tasks from being hidden if you are an online user.
Reload or Reopen the App: Refresh the app to address minor glitches.
Update to the Latest Version: Keep the app up-to-date for improved performance.

Delay in Response Submission:
If you've submitted data, wait until the end of the day for the status to sync.

Unable to Submit data/Unable syncing data/unable to site visit
Uninstall and reinstall the app once

Location Tracking:
Distance Not Shown on Dashboard/Distance Travelled not shown/Showing wrong distance
Wait for Data Refresh: Give it some time for the data to update on the dashboard.
Check Data Source: Ensure the data source is active and without connection issues.
Contact Support: If the issue persists, reach out to technical support.
Distance Not Captured Entirely:
Avoid Logout/Checkout/Stop Work: Stay logged in and continue working to prevent disruptions.
Report the Issue: Inform your supervisor about the incomplete distance capture.
Continue Work: Focus on tasks not directly affected by the missing distance data while awaiting resolution.
